· Signing on and scrutineering: Thurs 1730—1930 for pre booked vehicles. Fri 0900—1030

· Drivers briefing at: 1045

· Trial starts at: 1100

 

Team Recovery (Max 15 teams)

· Signing on and scrutineering from: 0930—1100

· Drivers briefing at: 1115

· Event starts at: 1130

Cross Country Vehicle (CCV) trial (Max 60 entries)

· Signing on and scrutineering : Fri 1600—1930 for pre booked vehicles, or Sat 0730—0930

· Drivers breifing at: 0945

· Trial starts at: 1000

 

Gymkhana (Max 40 Drivers)

· Signing on and Scrutineering from 1730-1930

· Drivers briefing at: 1930

· Trial starts at the completion of the briefing.

Road Taxed Vehicle (RTV) Trial (Max 60 Entires)

· Signing on and scrutineering : Sat 1600 –1930 for pre booked vehicles, or Sun 0730-0930

· Drivers breifing at: 0945

· Trial starts at: 1000

 

Winch challenge (all day event, max 10 teams)

· Signing on and scrutineering from: Sat 1700—1900 or Sun 0700—0830

· Team briefing at : 0915

· First challenge starts at: 0930, each challenge lasts 60—90 mins.

· Event finishes no later than:1730

Comp Safari (Max 50 drivers)

· Signing on and scrutineering from: Sun 1600—1930, or Mon 0700—0900

· Drivers briefing at: 0915 (followed immediately by a parade lap)

· Course opens shortly after completion of the parade lap, at approximately 1000

· Course closes at : 1530

· Laps: Dependent upon final course length and entry list, but it is anticipated to run 10 laps
