2005/6

Forthcoming Events

This is what I have for the rest of 2005 and 2006. It's as accurate as I can be for now, but as ever, check with the ELRC forum for changes.

Unless otherwise noted all trials on a Sunday will have signing on from 8.30am with the trial starting at 10.00, Tyro trials on Saturdays will have signing on from 10.30 with a 12.00 start. Please arrive in good time for scrutineering and signing on. Trials are all £20. Pre-booked they will be £15 unless otherwise noted.

December 28th – Christmas Pud Shakedown at Mid Essex Gravels the site will be open about 10.00 and will close by the time it's dark. There will be catering on site as well.

January 14 – Winch training at Homestead Caravan Centre – contact Brian Stacey for arrangements. Contact details in the back of Exploits.

January 14 & 15 –Trials weekend. Venue t.b.c. – keep an eye on the forum or call Karl. Tyro Saturday and RTV / CCV Sunday. Volunteers to set out needed.

January 17 – Pub meet

January 22 – Lane clearance day – contact Ralph for details.

January 29 – greenlaning

February 12 – First aid training at Homestead Caravan Centre – contact Brian Stacey for arrangements. Contact details in the back of Exploits.

Until June, all bookings for trials, unless otherwise noted, to Karl on Friday before Saturday & Sunday trials or Thursday before camping weekend events by e-mail to ksreilly@aol.com, or phone me on 07976 800416 - if I don't answer just leave your name and details, I'll only call you back if you specifically request me to. You can also book in via the ELRC internet discussion forum. If you e-mail or leave a message can you let me know what you are intending to drive. Trial entry forms in Word format are available on the website to download a fill out before you come to an event.

Glossary Tyro = Novice, non-damaging, as long as you're careful
RTV = Road Taxed Vehicle, light damage possible
CCV = Cross Country Vehicle, lots of damage likely
